For more than 12 years, Tim has passionately helped clients discover their deep desires and vision for business and life - then helped them get there. By taking an honest look at where people are and where they want to be, Tim helps clients close the gap and achieve success.

Prior to coaching, Tim served as a vice president for a bank holding company for five years. He also was responsible for running a lab, production planning and HR management while working in the manufacturing sector for 15 years.

Tim holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Mississippi. He has also earned numerous accreditations and certifications from industry leading organizations, including DISC, Franklin Covey, The Table Group, Personnel Decisions International, Development Dimensions International and the Society of Human Resources Management.

Tim and his wife Laura have been married since 1984 and have two children, Adam and Bethany. They are both active in their church and community and have served in leadership roles for a number of business and community organizations.

Tim is an avid sax player and loves college sports, especially if it involves his beloved Ole Miss Rebels. He has also authored three books: Every Day is Game Day, The CHILD Game Plan and The Street Sweeper. The later was recently made into the movie "Inspiration Pop 2929".
