    Passionate about working with people and building relationships, Gail ensures that Building Champions' President and SVP of Business Development are in the best position possible to lead our company, its team members, and our business development efforts. By proactively anticipating needs and taking care of things ahead of time, Gail sets these leaders up for great success.

    Gail graduated from Northwestern College of Business and brings to Building Champions a strong background in administration, particularly in support of senior level management. As an executive assistant in the tech, food, and non-profit industries, Gail has a proven track-record of helping leaders build strong teams, grow their business, and significantly increase revenues.

    Originally from Portland, Gail spent 16 years in Hawaii on the island of Oahu where she met her husband and had her two girls before returning to Oregon in 1995. Gail is active in her church and enjoys competitive tennis and recreational golf in her spare time.
