    Heather Lohmolder

    Heather's strong communication skills combined with her passion for enhancing brands makes us better at Building Champions. With over 15 years of marketing experience, she joined our team in 2016.

    Prior to Building Champions, Heather was a Sr. Marketing Manager for Jack in the Box restaurants where she spent eight years leading a team of marketing managers, managing a $15 million dollar media budget, and overseeing marketing efforts for over 1000 restaurants. While at Jack in the Box she played a key role in transformation of media strategy as Jack in the Box converted from 80% company owned locations to 80% franchise owned. She also led marketing efforts for Jack in the Box’s entry into 6 new markets.

    Previously to her career at Jack in the Box, Heather was in the Marketing Department at PETCO Animal Supplies where she led sports marketing, grand opening marketing, and national marketing programs. One of her pet projects was directing the National Chihuahua Race promotion involving 15 regional contests and national finals, resulting in over 200 million media impressions and coverage on ABC, NBC, CNN and ESPN.

    Heather earned her MBA at the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine and was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. She has many outside interests including music (she plays the piano and oboe) hiking, and running. Additionally, Heather was an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. She loves to travel abroad and highlights include hiking the Inca Trail in Peru and visiting Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

    Heather is married to Kirk and is the stepmom of three kids. Some of their family hobbies including skiing together at Mount Hood and attending Portland Timbers MLS matches.
