Carrie and her clients examine how their imagination, talents, and unique strengths can empower them to tackle the biggest challenges. She also helps clients plan ahead for obstacles and weaknesses along the way. Together, she helps clients create actionable plans and tactics to achieve work-life balance and greater health and success, overall.
Carrie’s business bible is Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People followed by Henry Cloud’s book, Boundaries. Coaching clients benefit from Carrie’s experience with priority management, work-life balance and sales success techniques. She places a strong emphasis on boundary setting and extra-mile client service while also focusing upon maintaining humble confidence and reserving time for personal reflection.
Prior to joining Building Champions in 2020, Carrie worked in real estate for over 15 years, joining Coldwell Banker Danforth in 2011. She is considered the longest running top producer in the company’s history, achieving the President’s Elite Award for seven consecutive years with her highest producing year at $44 million in real estate sales. She was an eight-time winner of “Best in Client Satisfaction” rated by Seattle Magazine. Carrie earned #1 in sales production in all of Washington state—the same year she was mom to one-year old twins and a three-year-old. With three daughters under the age of three, Carrie still managed to achieve the highest production in the state while her husband simultaneously pursued his full-time graduate degree, and together they found ways to prioritize their young kids.
Aside from her real estate career, Carrie has also owned and managed several rental properties, helped guide and foster various Mastermind and investment groups, taught a Money Management for Kids class and conducts alumni interviews for the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, exploring wines and finding new ways to embarrass her children.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Buck’s County, PA with her husband and three daughters.
