Katie Hoffman

Vice President, HR & Operations

Katie Hoffman is our Vice President of HR and Operations. She leads our Experience Team and ensures our clients and BC team members have all resources needed through her management of our systems and technology. Her leadership allows our team to do their best work—and, in turn, supports the ability of our clients to connect with their Executive Coach throughout their coaching journeys.

She joined Building Champions in 2004 and started out as our Marketing Director. The demand for corporate events increased, and after six years in marketing, Katie moved to the role of Director of Events. She planned and executed large-scale corporate events that spun off to small, private team events. Her attention to detail, marketing skills, and operational, event-planning abilities all contribute to the success of her current role as she thoughtfully cares for both our teammates and clients.

Prior to joining BC, Katie worked at Nike, Inc. in Public Relations. She has experience from her time at an ad agency and also worked in marketing for an organization that placed international management internships while living in Japan. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Lewis & Clark College.

She resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband and three young children.
