Ray Riehl

Project Coordinator

Ray Riehl is our Project Coordinator. With management of the day-to-day operations, Ray supports the team by handling logistics for webinar scheduling, preparing coaching materials and assisting the Client Experience team. Also, she directly enhances company culture by making sure every team member receives recognition for special events—like birthdays!

She embraces new challenges with a curious mindset and brought her desire for life-long learning to Building Champions in 2021. Before joining the team, Ray worked as a Field Director for a city commission election in Portland, and also provided freelance support to NABP Solutions. Before relocating to Oregon, Ray worked as an Executive Assistant to Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist, managing schedules and logistics while ensuring messaging was consistent throughout the office. Also, Ray served as a Marketing Coordinator for Goodwill Industries in Detroit, MI. She supported the marketing and fund development teams through event-planning, fundraising, donor support and stewardship as well as graphic design.

While studying for her undergraduate degree, she interned at a radio station, worked at a public relations firm and held a marketing and events internship with Bosch Automotive. Ray graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Broadcasting.

Ray resides in Portland, Oregon.
