“I just wanted to share what an incredible impact Shannon has had on my career path this year. She’s kept me focused on the big picture and moving forward. She is always advocating for me to be my biggest and best self. She asks the hard questions and keeps me focused on the right stuff. She’s provided me with tools and insights that have helped me create intentionality in a chaotic year. And last, but certainly not least, she’s been a huge cheerleader. I’m so grateful for her coaching this year. I needed it more than I knew.”
