Committed to helping others become better versions of themselves, Greg applies more than 30 years of hands-on senior leadership experience to provide his clients with practical advice and insight to both grow their business and fulfill their leadership potential.
Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach, Greg spent 13 years working in the mortgage industry delivering extraordinary results on the individual, team and organizational level. He was the company’s No. 1 originator, led the top branch and production team and worked directly with owners to launch a successful start-up.
Over the past nearly 20 years, Greg has coached hundreds of clients from team leaders looking to grow their leadership effectiveness all the way up to CEOs and small business owners through strategic planning and execution to help them grow their business. In addition to one-on-one coaching and speaking engagements, Greg designs and leads executive retreats to help leadership teams improve how they communicate, plan and execute so they can deliver results and develop dynamic cultures.
For more than a decade, Greg managed the training and development of the entire coaching team at Building Champions, allowing him to sharpen his own skills as a coach and giving him expertise and experience in developing those skills in the leaders and teams he works with. He also served on the company’s Senior Leadership Team helping with strategy, leadership development and key initiatives.
A California native, Greg graduated from the University of California, Irvine and lives in the sunshine state with his wife and five children. His love for helping people is evidenced in his community involvement, church service and in sharing his passion for surfing with his family.
