Kaitlin Cloninger

Executive Assistant to Coaching Services

Kaitlin Cloninger is our Executive Assistant to Coaching Services, supporting our VP of Coaching Services and Principal Coaches. Her administrative support includes calendar management, client onboarding, assessment distribution, and travel coordination while supporting relationships with key accounts. Previously Kaitlin supported our CEO Mentors and several Executive Coaches in her role as Coach Partner.

Prior to joining the Building Champions team in 2018, Kaitlin spent eight years learning multiple facets of business within a growing organization. Her responsibilities included administrative support, data entry, order processing, international customs documentation, and customer service. She was the main point of contact for the organization’s trade shows and acted as liaison between clients and the order fulfillment team.

Kaitlin graduated from University of Portland with a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Media Communication Research. Also, she participated in U of P’s year-long study abroad program in Salzburg, Austria where she studied Music and Art History.

She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, son, and two French Bulldogs.
