Kristin Moreno
Experience Manager
Kristin Moreno is our Experience Manager—she keeps our company culture healthy, strong, and fun through her management of internal programs and extends the BC culture externally through her thoughtful client care efforts. Kristin leads recognition initiatives, plans team activities and community service projects, manages our client referral program, and ensures excellence in our overall client experience.
She has held a variety of roles within Building Champions since joining in 2006. Utilizing her organizational and operational skills, Kristin has planned large-scale corporate events to small, private team events. She has provided administrative support to our Executive Coaches including calendar management, travel coordination and expense report processing. Kristin showed hospitality to all who called or visited the BC office while working in an administrative role. She also brought creativity to our social media platforms while managing the BC social presence within our Marketing team.
Born and raised in Oregon, Kristin resides in Beaverton with her husband and two kids.
