Lynne Brown

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Lynne Brown is the Executive Assistant to our CEO and Founder, Daniel Harkavy, and helps scale all the many projects and initiatives he leads. As an extension of our CEO, Lynne is a gatekeeper, manages priorities, supports key relationships, provides resources needed to both Daniel and the BC team, and partners with our Strategy Team to help our organization achieve goals and meet deadlines.

She joined Building Champions in 2005 and has served in several roles, initially as a coordinator for our Coach Training & Equipping program.  Soon after, she stepped in to manage our Client Services department for several years, leading the team of Coordinators and Assistants who offered support to our Executive Coaches. Lynne then transitioned to full executive administrative support of Daniel before operating as Chief of Staff, partner to our CEO.

Previously, Lynne worked in the high-tech industry, making some great friends and memories at HP. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Office Systems from O.I.T., and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.

Lynne resides in Canby, Oregon with her husband, Mike.
