Caring and focused, Michael has a proven track record of leadership experience with high performance teams in both the manufacturing and mortgage banking industries. With a reputation for active listening and engaging communication skills, he is comfortable stepping into real events with his clients in order to guide them toward solving difficult problems with creative solutions. Michael offers expertise to help leaders cast compelling vision, identify their unique abilities, develop confident teams around them, and create scalable delivery systems.

As an Executive Coach, Michael focuses on personal and professional leadership development with each client. His mission is to help influential people simplify their complexities so they can experience more harmony in their lives!

Michael’s coaching journey began in 2007 after reading Becoming a Coaching Leader by Daniel Harkavy. After finishing the book, he quickly became a client of Building Champions and spent the next several years integrating the Core Four in his personal and professional life. Michael soon became a Coaching Leader in the mortgage industry where he helped others find the value of harmony through intentional planning and specific priority management skills.

In 2013, Michael brought his coaching leadership experience to Building Champions to dedicate his energy to coach full time. Michael is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting from Arizona State University.

Michael lives with his wife, Lori in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have three adult children, and together they enjoy family activities, pickleball with friends, and traveling—especially to Oregon in the summer and fall! Michael also enjoys biking, drumming, hiking, reading, and following St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
