Shannon provides guidance on a wide range of issues, including organizational development and dynamics, communication and conflict, critical thinking, leadership and team development, and executive self-development.
As an Executive Coach, Shannon creates high-trust environments with her clients, allowing for deep work that brings about sustainable change. She asks hard questions to address the underlying thought patterns, recognizing that deep growth starts within the mindset. Shannon helps her clients get to where they want to be, but she doesn’t stop there—alongside her clients, she develops a sustainable plan to ensure excellence remains a part of their professional and personal brand.
Previously, she worked in higher education where she held administration positions. Shannon is committed to Board of Directors work and has served as a trustee and board chair. Currently, Shannon serves on the Board of SetPath, a community benefit nonprofit that impacts America’s future leaders.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University. In her free time, Shannon enjoys working out, mentoring, spending quality time with her family and planning her next winery adventure.
