Terence Schlaefli

Client Experience Coordinator

In his role as Client Experience Coordinator, Terence supports our coaches with calendar management, expense report processing, and travel coordination. He also assists them in presentation materials, CRM management, and systems training. Terence is an invaluable member of our Experience Team and provides a high-level of service to both our clients and coaches.  

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2024, Terence worked at Chick-fil-A as a Front of House Director. He led his teammates in executing high levels of customer service and managed both schedules and financial returns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration: management and leadership from Portland State University.

Terence currently resides in Portland with his wife and Husky-Aussie mix.
